The measurement host is the core of the distributed fiber optic temperature measurement system DF-DTS series. The company's measurement host adopts modular design with high reliability; relying on high-speed weak signal processing technology, it achieves 0.5m spatial resolution, with technical indicators at the domestic leading level. The DF-DTS series distributed fiber optic temperature measurement system has the following technical advantages:
1. Rapidity: the system's temperature measurement and positioning speed is very high. To improve measurement time, high-speed weak signal processing technology is adopted; the shortest single measurement time is 3s, with fast response.
2. Distribution characteristics: the system can provide continuous dynamic monitoring of temperature change signals every 0.5 meters within a range of more than ten kilometers, and temperature alarm values can be set at any level.
3. Advancement: the system is currently the distributed temperature measurement product with the highest performance indicators, strongest functionality, highest reliability and most advanced technology in the world. Key components are selected from high-performance imported components, and the core algorithm has been strictly tested.
4. Accuracy: the temperature resolution of the system reaches 0.1℃, the temperature accuracy is ±1℃, and the spatial resolution reaches 0.5m.
5. Flexibility: the system is a real-time online monitoring method; the time for any alarm signal within the monitoring range to be uploaded to the fire alarm controller is no more than 30 seconds. The monitoring system provides a continuous dynamic monitoring signal, and the system can set multi-level temperature alarms — e.g., 30℃ initial alarm, 40℃ preliminary alarm, 50℃ take measures — and alarm point temperature parameters can be set according to different environments. It has multiple alarm modes such as differential and fixed temperature, and alarm parameters can be set by zone according to customer needs, with flexible alarm modes.
6. Compatibility: the system host uses an open communication protocol and provides a communication interface for connection with workstations. The fire alarm workstation in the central control room displays temperature curves, alarm positions, alarm temperatures and all other information with localized text and graphics. The system can link with PCs, fire alarm systems and other control devices via RS232, RS485, built-in relays, RJ45 or other industrial protocols, performing sound and light alarms with accurate and complete signal output.
7. Safety: the optical cable distributed temperature monitoring system has a safety recording function, can store historical data within three years, and supports effective auditing. Single-end operation and remote diagnosis: special engineers can provide minimal system remote diagnosis via LAN. If the fiber is damaged, the DTS system can immediately locate the damaged point and splice it with a fiber fusion splicer without stopping measurement — very important for effective online monitoring. The sensing cable is intrinsically safe, using optical signals that will not cause mutual electromagnetic interference with power cables.
