1. Abnormal temperature curve: please confirm whether the abnormal area of the curve is the splicing point of the temperature-sensing fiber system. Please check the fiber connector. If the fiber connector is polluted or damaged, it will affect the temperature curve. Please check whether the fiber is bent. If bent, straighten the fiber. If the curve is still abnormal after straightening, the fiber is damaged and should be replaced.
2. No measurement data at the last part of the fiber: because the end-face reflection of the tail end of the wireless sensing temperature measurement fiber is large, it affects the temperature measurement of the front part, so the temperature measurement data within 5m of the tail end is deducted.
3. No alarm when heating the last 5m of the fiber: the reason is the same as above. The end-face reflection of the fiber tail is large, and the temperature measurement data within 5m of the tail end is deducted.
4. Inaccurate temperature measurement at the top 20m of the sensing fiber head: because the reflected light at the fiber head is large, it affects the temperature measurement value within 20m of the head and may cause false alarms. Therefore, the first 20m should be deducted when arranging the optical cable, and it is recommended to wind the top 20m inside the host.
5. False alarm when plugging/unplugging the fiber: when plugging or unplugging the fiber, the length changes, which may cause abnormal temperature measurement and false alarms. Therefore, please stop measurement before plugging or unplugging the fiber.
6. False alarm at the moment of fiber breakage: the system can automatically identify fiber breakage and locate the broken position. Because the fiber length changes, the moment of fiber breakage may cause abnormal temperature measurement and false alarms.
7. Power switch is on but the host does not run: please check whether the fuse is burnt. Check whether the wiring of the power output terminal is correct, and whether the internal connecting wires are loose or fallen off.
